DRIPP, a hip-hop, heated mat Pilates experience bringing together those who love movement, good music, and the Pilates burn - led by Balanced Body Pilates Instructor Leisha.
This 50-minute session blends classical Pilates with the intensity of heat, helping you build strength, increase flexibility, and leave with that post-class glow we all know and love. I wanted this to be more than just a workout, a space where we can connect, move, and have fun together.
