Join us on Saturday 29 Nov at EVOKE London for a deeply embodied sound-healing & ritual circle designed to awaken your womb-heart intelligence, release what no longer serves, and step into your feminine sovereignty.

What to Expect
Through the alchemy of:

• 3:30 pm – 4:00 pm | Opening Cacao Ceremony
  

We open our sacred circle with ceremonial cacao softening the heart, awakening the senses, and deepening emotional presence. As we sip this sacred plant medicine, we’ll be guided through a gentle heart-opening meditation, connecting our own heart to the Heart of Mother Earth. This grounding ritual invites us into deeper communion with ourselves, the collective, and the feminine wisdom that holds us.

• 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm | Womb Wisdom & Embodied Education

Explore the sacred intelligence of your womb and its connection to your heart. Learn how emotions, ancestral memory, and physical imbalances interweave and discover gentle, embodied practices to restore harmony and inner sovereignty. This session includes guided breathwork, somatic inquiry, and space for reflection.

• 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm | Sacred Dance Activation

Move your body freely to a curated playlist of soul-stirring rhythms designed to awaken your feminine energy and release what no longer serves. This intuitive dance invites joy, sensuality, and emotional liberation grounding you in your body and preparing you to receive deeper healing.

• 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm | Lunar Reiki & Sound Healing Journey

Lie back, receive and release. Through Lunar Reiki, we channel the moon’s energy and journey into our inner depths. We not only release stagnant, heavy energy, but also reach the roots of our emotional and physical disharmonies. We release memories held within the womb those inherited from our ancestral line that we no longer need to carry. All of this unfolds alongside the powerful vibrations of sacred instruments such as crystal bowls, the shamanic drum, and others that channel healing frequencies. This is a journey of deep transformation and liberation.

• 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm | Sharing Circle & Blue Lotus Reflection

A safe and sacred space to share your voice, journal your insights, or simply witness others in their truth. Sip on Blue Lotus tea as you integrate the journey in sisterhood and stillness.

• 7:30 pm – 8:00 pm | Closing Ritual, Guided Meditation & Herbal Blessing

We’ll close our sacred space with a moment of collective gratitude and a deeply soothing guided meditation to anchor the healing received. This meditation invites you to connect with your womb, heart, and inner wisdom integrating the energies of the day in stillness and presence. Following this, we’ll offer a womb blessing ritual, and each sister will receive a lovingly prepared herbal blend for yoni steaming and energised crystals to continue her journey of healing and embodiment at home.

Please note: This schedule is a fluid guide. We will move with the energy of the group, allowing space for emotional processing, integration, and alignment with what feels most nourishing in the moment.
