For the first time, a chapter from The SUMI Writers’ Àtẹ́wọ́ collection part of the Invisible Hands catalogue, a masterful weave of stories in writing for over 30 years is being brought to the stage in London, June 2025!
DEAR FATHER is a gripping story of love, sacrifice, and the unbreakable bond between a father and daughter.
As Nike questions her father’s sacrifices, the play explores the rising cases of femicide and the vital role of men in protecting their daughters.
After nearly four decades, the legendary Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD) returns to London stage, headlining this masterpiece, alongside Kunle Remi & Idia Aisien, making their stage debuts!

Tobi Bakre, Ronke Oshodi-oke, Akin Lewis, Mike Edwards, Tomi Ojo and Oluwaseunla Edunjobi
Showing Father’s Day weekend, this production is one for the books.
