Considered Things: Pop-Up No.3 at Stepney Townhouse

We’re opening the doors to our home, Stepney Townhouse, for the third edition of our Considered Things pop-up shop.

We’ve gathered a considered collection of antiques and vintage pieces — including pottery, art, mirrors, furniture, lighting, and crafts. Many of these treasures come from Japan, Belgium, France, and the UK, and most have been featured on our Considered Things Instagram or in photoshoots here at Stepney Townhouse.

As before, you can visit by booking a free time slot, which helps regulate the flow of the day and gives you time and space to browse and buy.

What to expect, plus some guide pricing:

• Pottery, crafts, mirrors, textiles & homewares: £5–£200
• Antique, vintage & modern lighting: £200–£650
• Antique & vintage oil paintings and artefacts: £50–£950
• Mid-century & antique furniture: £50–£1,750

Most pieces can be carried home by hand. For larger items, we can arrange collections on the day, or after the sale.

Nearest tube: Stepney Green (also nearby: Whitechapel & Bethnal Green).

Parking: Anchor Retail Park, E1 – please check signage for free parking terms.

The pop-up will be hosted in our double reception room on the raised ground floor. Please note that there are a few steps up to the house.

A few important notes:

• One ticket admits one person only.
• Spaces are limited — if you can’t attend, please cancel your ticket so someone else can.
• Entry is strictly by pre-booked time slot only.
• We’re unable to offer house tours during the event.
• This is a private sale – all sales are final.
• Most pieces are vintage or antique, so patina and signs of age are to be expected.
• Payment: Cash, bank transfer, and now contactless.
• We’ll have some recycled bags, boxes, and wrapping to hand, but if you can, please bring bags to take your lovely items home.
