About the event

Conscious Connected Breathwork - Breath of Remembrance
Breath of Remembrance is a return to the body’s wisdom—where breath leads, and the body remembers how to feel, rest, release, and be.

About this Event

Welcome to Your Journey of Self Connection and Transformation

There is something deeply sacred and extraordinary that unfolds when we come together to breathe in this shared space, and we would be honoured to have you join us on this journey.

✨ 2 people have already reserved their place for the 17th May. Spaces are limited — you're warmly invited to join us ✨

Welcome to The Breath of Remembrance — a sacred 3-hour journey through the transformative power of Conscious Connected Breathwork. This is an invitation to return to the parts of yourself that have been forgotten, hidden, or waiting patiently beneath the surface — to release what no longer serves, and to remember the truth of who you are.

Through the ancient rhythm of circular breath, we enter an altered state of awareness — beyond the thinking mind — where the subconscious speaks, the body reveals, and the soul begins to stir. Here, emotions long held may rise to be felt and freed, while patterns rooted deep in the psyche come into gentle illumination.

Or perhaps your body simply longs to rest — to be breathed, held, and nourished in the presence of open hearts. All you need to bring is trust, and a willingness to open your heart to yourself, allowing the breath to take care of the rest.

My heartfelt wish is to make breathwork accessible to all so if finances are an issue please contact Barras on 07884 196 950 and we will make attending work.

Benefits of Conscious Connected Breathwork:

🌬️ Emotional Release

  • Helps you process and release suppressed emotions like grief, anger, or anxiety.
  • Creates a safe space to feel deeply and let go without words.

🧠 Mental Clarity
  • Can quiet the mind and reduce mental chatter.
  • Shifts perspective on limiting beliefs and thought patterns.

🧘‍♀️ Nervous System Regulation
  • Supports moving from a fight-or-flight state to rest-and-digest.
  • Enhances resilience and capacity to handle stress.

🌀 Spiritual Connection
  • Deepens connection with your intuition, higher self, or sense of the divine.
  • Facilitates mystical, expanded states of awareness.

💠 Embodiment & Presence
  • Reconnects you with your body, breath, and sensations.
  • Cultivates grounded presence and self-awareness.

🌱 Personal Transformation
  • Opens space for insight, healing, and inner change.
  • Invites a sense of “remembering” your wholeness and truth.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is not about doing something—it’s about allowing the breath to guide you into what needs to be felt, seen, or released. It's a journey inward that meets you exactly where you are.

About your facilitator

Hello, I'm Barras, and I'm passionate about introducing people to Conscious Connected Breathwork and its transformative power—just as it continues to transform my own life. I've been weaving breathwork into my personal journey of growth and self-connection, and I’m deeply humbled by the profound experience of witnessing and supporting others on their own breathwork paths—a sacred privilege beyond words.

Having completed a 400-hour breathwork facilitator training with Breathing Space, I now have the honour of holding spaces for others to reconnect with themselves through the breath.

My heartfelt wish is to create safe, supportive spaces filled with care, gentleness, and love—for those seeking to enhance their well-being through breathwork and ultimately reconnect with their inner healer.

Contraindications for Conscious Connected Breathwork

Breathwork is a profound practice that can evoke deep physical and emotional responses. While it is very safe, certain conditions may benefit from a more gentle approach to breathing. If you are living alongside any of the following, you are invited to participate using a slower, softer breath rhythm or pausing as needed to honour your body’s wisdom:

  • Cardiovascular conditions including heart conditions, high blood pressure, or a history of heart attack/stroke
  • Asthma, COPD, or other respiratory conditions
  • Epilepsy or a history of seizures
  • Pregnant, or postpartum up to 16 weeks
  • Recent major surgeries or physical injuries
  • Glaucoma or retinal detachment
  • If you experience deep emotional states or conditions such as bipolar, schizophrenia, or psychosis
  • A history of aneurysms

If you are uncertain about whether breathwork is suitable for you, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider beforehand. Remember, this is your journey—if at any point you feel discomfort, you are always invited to slow down, return to a natural breath, or rest in stillness.

By signing up for this session, you confirm that you have read and understood these invitations and take full responsibility for your participation.
