Community Acupuncture Evening - NADA Protocol with Marianne

Join us for a cosy ear acupuncture session led by Marianne, a certified acupuncturist. You’ll receive a gentle, 5-point treatment using the NADA protocol — a simple, calming ear acupuncture technique designed to help you relax, release stress, find balance - and kick addictions.

Whether you’re looking to unwind, support better sleep, ease cravings, or are just curious to try acupuncture, this is a beautiful way to reset your nervous system, get back into alignment, and take some time out for yourself.

No experience necessary — just come as you are.

Needles are optional, but if you choose them, they’ll stay in for 30–45 minutes while you rest in a peaceful, group setting.

• Treatments last 30-45 minutes - choose a drop-in time of either 5.30 or 6.30pm.
• ✨ Bonus: You’ll receive some ear seeds that will allow you to continue supporting yourself after the session.
