As part of our Black History Month celebrations, we invite you to join us for a special collaging event that combines creativity with reflection, memory, and community. This gathering is about more than making art—it’s about preserving history, celebrating identity, and honoring the stories that shape who we are.
All basic materials will be provided, but we encourage you to bring along meaningful items to include in your collage. These might be family photographs, excerpts from newspapers or magazines, letters, or other personal mementos. By weaving these pieces into your artwork, you’ll be creating a unique expression of your own story and adding to the collective narrative of our community.
The session will offer an encouraging, welcoming space for people of all ages and abilities. Whether you are experienced in art-making or trying collage for the first time, this is a chance to explore, create, and connect.
Come with friends, family, and an open heart—leave with a piece of art that reflects your voice, your heritage, and your community.
Also check out other Arts events in London.
