Join us at Il Bistrotto for an immersive cocktail-making masterclass, designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of great cocktails while having fun behind the bar.

Led by one of our expert mixologists, the experience guides you through a curated selection of outstanding spirits from the Velier portfolio. The focus is not only on how to make great cocktails, but also why these spirits are chosen — exploring their origins, production methods, and the characteristics that make each one unique.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with one of our signature cocktails, crafted by our experienced mixologists using premium spirits from the Velier catalogue and carefully selected ingredients.

The masterclass begins with an introduction to classic cocktails: their origins, balance, and techniques, as well as how changing the base spirit can completely transform a drink. Once the basics are covered, it’s time to get hands-on. You’ll be invited behind the bar to create your own cocktail, guided step by step by our team, and using premium ingredients available on our shelves.

During the night, we will be serving some delicious italian delicacies to match the remarkable taste of our cocktails, but you are also invite to continue your dinner with us with an exclusive 15% discount applied to your food bill. This discount is only valid on the night of the masterclass.
