CLAPA's 700 Challenge

Take on the 700 Challenge from Friday 3rd October to Monday 3rd November 2025 to help CLAPA support the UK cleft community all year round.

What is the 700 Challenge?
The 700 Challenge is a way to raise awareness of the one in 700 born every year in the UK with a cleft.

- Pick any activity you like
- Repeat it 700 times between 3rd October to 3rd November.


It’s free to sign up, with no target to fundraise, but if you raise over £50, we'll send you a limited edition 700 challenge medal.
