CAPACITY is an immersive Spinal Energetics experience designed to support the nervous system as we enter a new cycle.

As the momentum of Horse energy begins to build, the body must have the capacity to receive it. Fire and forward movement cannot be embodied without stability. What we have carried through the Snake cycle, shedding, processing, endurance and growth lives within the nervous system. Before acceleration, there must be integration.

This gathering creates a powerful and intentional pause.

Held by Lewis, Jessica, Nora and Carly, this immersive experience weaves Spinal Energetics and somatic integration to support completion of the past cycle and cultivate embodied readiness for what is coming. Together, we create the internal space required to receive new momentum with regulation, strength and sustainability.

This is not about pushing forward.

What is Spinal Energetics?

Spinal Energetics is a transformative modality that works with the body’s subtle energy field and spine to release stored emotions, stress, and energetic blockages.
