730 - 830pm - SOLO - Basic Technique focus, weight transfer, posture, body awareness and movement applied to basic steps and concepts that are fundamental and key for social dance.
830 - 930pm - Application of the above within partner work and learning key skills of connection, leading and following with a simple combination for social dance!
