Bibliotherapy Book Group Walk and Talk Session in Greenwich park

For the Summer edition of our Bibliotherapy Book Group, we will be reading and reflecting on Raynor Winn's memoir The Salt Path. This is a story about loss, courage and hope, and the healing power of nature and walking, so we thought what a better way to discuss and reflect on the book than while being outdoors, walking!

The sessions are currently held quarterly and led by a qualified psychotherapist. Part book club, part psychoeducational group, it is held within a supportive small group environment, where you would be invited to share and reflect on the reading material and anything that might arrise within you.
