Rayan Elnayal - Artist, designer, and educator who uses her research and architectural background to create speculative, future-focused spaces rooted in Sudanese culture and resistant to Euro-centric design norms. She is the co-founder and director of Space Black and has taught, lectured, and critiqued across multiple architecture and design programs.

Yassmin Abdel-Magied - Sudanese diaspora writer, broadcaster, and award-winning social advocate, author of several books including Talking About a Revolution (2022) and debut novel At Sea (2026), with work featured in publications such as The Guardian and The New Arab on issues including the Sudanese Revolution.
