The aim is to help shift perspective, and reconnect with joy.Participants will learn how humour can build resilience, relieve stress and foster connections.About the FacilitatorThis workshop will be facilitated by SJ Wyatt. They are an artist and have a post grad in art therapy.SJ Wyatt is a comedy performer who had a show at Edinburgh fringe. They are also someone who has bi polar. In the 90s they formed a comedy group called Lithium laughter which toured in both mental health units and with cabaret show’s challenging stereotypes about mental health.Location:Just two minutes walk from the Deptford Train Station, in Arch 3, Zennoni book and Tea Room
