Free-thinking stand-up comedy with Alistair Williams, Josephine Lacey, Francis Foster, Wilson and Bruce Devlin
A night of free-thinking standup comedy with comedians who don't self-censor.
Alistair Williams
Alistair won Comedian of the Year 2023 - as voted by a live audience, not comedy industry wonks. Despite this, Alistair is excluded from many comedy clubs and banned from YouTube, Alistair Williams is utterly counter-cultural and bloody hilarious. . Here’s clip of Alistair at the London club
Josephine Lacey
Josephine Lacey draws on her Jamaican-Irish heritage and life experience to deliver her material with an honest humour and a natural raw energy. She has the guile and wisdom of someone that has been there, done it and bought the t-shirt.
Francis Foster
Francis is the co-host of popular YouTube and podcast TRIGGERNomentry and guest of GB New’s ‘Free Speech Nation’. He’s a top stand-up comic too. Here’s a clip of Francis at the London club
Wilson
"Smart, charismatic and a huge hit with audiences. Wilson is fast becoming a great name to watch out for"
Bruce Devlin - Compere
A man of delightfully acerbic wit and the sharpest of lines. ‘A tongue so sharp he could peel a king Edward’ **** the Scotsman
Why Comedy Unleashed?
Andrew Doyle:
“Andy Shaw and I set up Comedy Unleashed because we feel that the time is right for a new alternative comedy movement. We book comics from all political backgrounds, or those who have no interest in politics at all. Our key criteria is that they are talented and funny. ”
