Monica Daswani
Monica Daswani is the Founder of Learn AI Lab, a training academy and consultancy making artificial intelligence accessible, practical and human. Learn AI Lab helps individuals, professionals & small businesses adopt AI to drive growth, productivity and innovation.
Monica’s background is eCommerce leadership with experience driving growth for brands across fashion, beauty, technology and FMCG sectors. She has held senior roles in digital marketing and eCommerce management for top UK companies like John Lewis, Marks & Spencer & Vodafone specialising in increasing online sales, optimising website conversions and delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns. Monica Daswani is passionate about making technology and AI more inclusive. She champions initiatives that encourage more women to explore, enter and thrive in the tech industry.
Sumathi Menon
Sumathi Menon is the Founder of Mave Social AI, a consultancy helping individuals and SMEs adopt AI without the overwhelm. With a background in technology and financial services—having held leadership roles at Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns, she now focuses on making generative AI practical and accessible.
Sumathi is the UK Regional Lead for Women Defining AI and a UC Berkeley-certified AI strategist. Her workshops are known for cutting through jargon and helping people move from AI-curious to AI-capable.
Natasha Ahmed
Natasha is a Partner at the international law firm Akin Gump. She represents technology sector clients, financial sponsors and sovereign wealth investors on cross-border transactions and domestic matters, providing intellectual property, IT and commercial contracts advice across a broad range of industries.
In addition to her private practice work, Natasha has spent several years in the in-house legal team of a global brand management company and as deputy general counsel at a global data and insights company. Prior to joining Akin, she was a Partner at another leading international firm.
Eunice Baguma Ball
Eunice is the co-founder and Head of Operations at Ishango.ai, an impact-driven AI & data solutions company that is committed to democratising AI skills and opportunities for African talent. Eunice is an accomplished social entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience working in the impact technology space in the UK and across Africa. Prior to setting up Ishango, she was a programme manager at Google where she helped establish #IamRemarkable, a global initiative aimed at empowering women and under-represented groups to accelerate their careers within the technology sector and beyond. She also founded ATBN, an impact technology consultancy operating between the UK and Africa, where she led various entrepreneurship support and digital inclusion programmes with funding from Innovate UK, GCRF, Comic Relief and the EU. Eunice is a responsible AI advocate and editor of the Inclusive AI newsletter, curating informative resources on equity, inclusion and responsible AI. She is also the author of Founding Women, a book showcasing the inspiring entrepreneurship journeys of 20 African women in tech. She holds a Masters in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School where she currently serves as a Social Innovation Fellow of Practice.
