🌿Guided Relaxation Session (45 min) – A nurturing practice designed to help you rest, reset, and restore balance.
🌿 Wrap-Up & Q&A – Space to share reflections and ask questions before closing.

• Capacity: Limited to 15 participants for an intimate and supportive environment.
• Tickets: £10 via Eventbrite.

• Dress in loose, comfortable clothing.
• We’ll provide everything you need – but feel free to bring your own mat if you’d like.
