A guide to Chasing the Northern Lights from London, Ontario

London, Ontario, saw spectacular shows by the Northern Lights in May and October 2024, and this summer might be another chance to witness them right here in London! Would you like to know how to catch the Northern lights next time? ​​We are bringing to you a guide so that everyone is informed and prepared. During our public night at Cronyn Observatory, Heather MacIsaac will talk about:

The talk will begin at 8:30 pm to kick off our public night on Saturday, June 7th, 8:30 to 11:00 pm. You’re also invited to tour the observatory and, weather permitting, look through our telescopes. Admission is free and open to everyone—no registration required.
