This class is included in our monthly membership plans or class passes. Or you can simply pay as you go.

Start your day with clarity and calm in our Morning Meditation Class. Designed to set a positive tone for your day, this class offers a peaceful space to centre yourself, awaken your mind, and energize your body. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle mindfulness practices, you’ll cultivate a sense of inner peace and focus that you can carry with you throughout the day.

In this class, you will:
