Mindfulness Talk / Q&A (online)

This session is available as part of the online membership for just £12.99 per month for unlimited online sessions.
Or simply pay as you go for £8.00 per class.

During this session, the teacher will speak on a particular topic relating to daily life. This could include stress, ethics, self compassion, kindness, worldly issues, inner calm, health, clarity, wisdom, communication, reframing negative thoughts. You will then be guided through a meditation.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A's at the end of the session.
