Goat Yoga on the farm!

Join us for a one hour beginner-friendly yoga class is led by a certified yoga instructor. This yoga class is designed to be for everyone and anyone, so if you have no previous yoga experience that is not a problem. The instructor will guide you through the class with ease and there is no pressure to do the yoga! It is 5% yoga and 95% playing with goats but you can get a workout if you like! Our gentle Nigerian Dwarf goats provides great stress-relief and lots of smiles and laughs throughout this class. Our goats are very friendly, curious creatures, so be careful what you bring to class. They are great at snuggling, and so much fun to watch play. We will be happy to help take pictures for you at any time. We also allow time after class to mingle with the goats (and humans) and take additional photos. We are family friendly, beginner friendly, and allow ages 7+ with a parent or guardian. Goat Yoga makes a great date or group activity or an unforgoatable birthday surprise!
This class will be held outside in a beautiful fenced, well-maintained pasture area with an antique Ford truck and beautiful barn as the background setting. There will be plenty of space for social distancing. In case of inclement weather, class will be moved inside to our amazing yoga barn so we never have to cancel for rain!
