LSKD BCAM Connect and Flow

Join us for a morning of connection, movement, and community as we come together in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This will be a morning of connection and light movement to raise awareness for breast cancer and funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Your ticket will automatically put you in the draw to win one of the six raffle prizes that have kindly been donated from Breeze Balm, Grace Cosmetics, GHD, Estée Lauder, Nu Harvest, and us at LSKD.

Here's what to expect on the day:

🌸 10:00 AM – Panel Discussion
Hear from survivors, family of those who lost their battle, and the GM of Philanthropy and Partnerships for NBCF, as they share insights, experiences, and statistics around breast cancer. The conversation will be followed by an open Q&A with the audience.

🌸 11:00 AM – Gentle Movement Class
Unwind with a mat based, beginner friendly class led by the gorgeous Marilyn. This will be followed by a breathwork practice to bring us back to the space.

🌸 11:45 AM – Community Hour & Closing
Connect over light bites, a strawberry matcha and cold brew station, and Nu Harvest hydration stall. Raffle prizes will be drawn, and we’ll wrap up with a group photo to celebrate the community standing together for awareness and support.

The dress code is comfy and casual, with a light yoga session on the agenda so activewear is perfect. Oh, and PINK of course! 💗

All funds from ticket sales will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation so they can continue the incredible work that they do 🫶🏻
