About the event

Women's Self Defense Class

Come join us for this fun, informative, hands - on class!

We will cover everything from situational awareness, verbal self defense, strikes and kicks, how to get out of holds, etc.

This class is for young ladies and women - aged 16 and up.

The cost is $15/student - which includes a few safety tools we send every lady home with.

Attendance is capped at 20 students. You must RSVP to be included. Please RSVP by messaging us here on Facebook or emailing - "Checking in" on Facebook is NOT an RSVP.
