Keep Your Hands Healthy: Warm-Up & Cool-Down Clinic for Musicians

Your hands are one of your most important instruments so take care of them! Join us for a free clinic designed to help musicians prevent strain and injury through simple, effective stretches and exercises.

Led by our teacher, Kelin Gibbons, and Emerald from Emerald Green Studio, this hands-on session will guide you through warm-up and cool-down routines that are easy to incorporate into any practice or performance setting. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, you'll walk away with tools to keep your hands strong, flexible, and pain-free.

This clinic is open to all instrumentalists. You're welcome to bring your instrument, but it's not required.
