These sessions are open to all ages and fitness levels and blend simple movement, breathwork, mindset tools, and meaningful conversations in a warm, supportive space. Whether you come to one or all four, you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

Week 1 (Aug 5): Redefining Self-Care
Explore why self-care isn’t selfish—it’s essential. We’ll gently unpack guilt and create space for permission and prioritization.
Week 2 (Aug 12): Stretch & Breathe
A calming body-based session to help release stress and reconnect with your breath. Perfect for all fitness levels.
Week 3 (Aug 19): Healing & Strength
Let go of what no longer serves you. Through powerful conversation and movement, we’ll shift stuck energy and reignite your inner strength.
Week 4 (Aug 26): Mindfulness in Motion
Practical mindfulness practices to help you slow down, anchor your thoughts, and carry a little more peace into your everyday life.
✨ This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and fill your own cup—without pressure, without cost.
Just bring a yoga mat (if you have one), a water bottle, and an open heart.
