**OVERVIEW**
Straight Up Dubs is pleased to announce that we are putting on our 13th VW show. It will be held the weekend of Saturday August 9 and Sunday August 10, 2025 and is proudly sponsored by Barney Jordan Plumbing. Show 13 will remain at the Lodi Grape Festival Grounds in Lodi, California. Saturday will kick off with overnight VW camping, while the VW car show & swap will be held Sunday morning. It's going to be an amazing weekend of camping, food, friends and Volkswagens!

7:00 a.m. - Gates OPEN (new arrivals and car show entries moving from campsites)
7:30 a.m. - Car Show Registration Booth Open
8:00 a.m. - Cut-off for VW’s moving to Car Show from Campsites
11:00 a.m. - All car show voting ballots must be turned in
1:00 p.m. - Raffle with Car Show Awards to follow immediately after
2:00 p.m. - Event Concludes
3:00 p.m. - All event participants depart
*GENERAL PRICING & PRE-REGISTRATION INFO*
Pre-registration will open MONDAY APRIL 28, 2025 on our website at www.straightupdubs.org. Pre-registration will close when camping and / or the car show are full, whichever comes first. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on pre-registration or on pre-purchased items. There will be NO TRANSFERRING of pre-paid camping, car show, swap or vendor spots to another name. For pre-ordered event items they are to be picked up at the show. If you are unable to attend the event please contact us afterwards at

Spectator Admission: $5 per person at the gate (kids 12 and under are free)

*VW CAR SHOW*
This is an all-models Volkswagen ONLY show, both air-cooled and water-cooled VW's from any era are equally welcome. There will be NO Audi, Porsche, BMW, etc. vehicles allowed to show. Car show parking location is at the sole discretion of Straight Up Dubs. When you arrive at the show you will be directed to a parking spot by our staff. There will be no saving spots for later arrivals. If you would like to be parked as a group we will do our best to accommodate you but you must arrive together. There will be more than 40 car show awards in total. The majority of the show awards will be participant judged with several other awards being chosen by event sponsors.
*RAFFLE*
Thanks to our amazing supporters we will have a ton of awesome raffle prizes! The raffle will be held prior to the car show awards on Sunday afternoon. Must be present and show winning ticket to collect raffle prizes.

*CAMPING / SWAP INFO*
**PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR CAMPING**
**NO RV’S OR LARGE TRAILERS ALLOWED**
For overnight camping there are no hook-ups available whatsoever and no open flames / personal campfires allowed. Small Coleman style camp stoves are acceptable. There are no showers but there will be restroom facilities. The camping and swap area is an open field. Please respect the camping and swap area and clean up after yourself when the event is over. Any vehicle make is allowed to camp, but NO LARGE TRAILERS, CAMPERS OR RV’s. Small Heilite or Eriba Puck style trailers are acceptable. Please contact us directly at
c3RyYWlnaHR1cGR1YnMgfCBnbWFpbCAhIGNvbQ== prior to registering if you’re not sure if your trailer or camper will be acceptable. Only one vehicle and one small trailer per paid camping admission. Tents are acceptable. There will be a Saturday evening all camp potluck dinner. We encourage all campers to participate and bring your favorite dish to share. Straight Up Dubs will provide hot dogs, buns and condiments. Please remember to label your dishes and utensils for the potluck and retrieve them at the end of the evening. Remember to bring your own beverages as well. After the potluck dinner there will be a movie night. Participants will need to bring their own chairs or blankets to the area designated for this. Please remember your paid camping or swap fee is for car and driver only. There is an additional $5 entrance fee for anyone 13 or older.
**VENDOR INFO**
All potential vendors must contact us directly at

All vendors must be pre-approved by Straight Up Dubs and, once approved and invoiced, pay your fees prior to the event. There will be NO DAY OF SHOW VENDOR APPROVALS, you will be turned away at the gate. Additionally, we have all of our food and beverage vendors already in place and will not be accepting additional applicants.

**GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION**
Dogs are allowed, and must remain on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for picking up after their animals. Any person caught with a dog not on a leash, or not cleaning up after their animal, will be asked to leave without refund. No other animals aside from dogs or registered service animals are allowed. There will be food trucks available during the car show on Sunday. Please invite your friends in the VW Community to this public event and remember that spectators age 13 and older are only $5!
