Good Afternoon Colt Families,
Please read the all info below, it has important information regarding the beginning of season!!
Our first practice is Saturday, July 19th 10am-12pm at KOFU PARK 1145 S Ham Lane Lodi, Ca 95242. WE ARE NO LONGER AT SALAS PARK!!
All participants will need to check in with us to receive a stamp before they can practice. Check ins will begin at 9am. Please arrive early enough to give your child time to get checked in. All participants will need to have a physical on file or turned in, in order to start practicing.
We understand that the parking is limited. There will be no parking in the roundabout as that will be used for quick drop-off only. There is parking available in the Kofu parking lots, on Cardinal St and the Lodi Middle School parking lot.
Beginning Monday, July 21st, we start practicing 5 days a week, Monday through Friday 6pm-8pm at KOFU PARK.
Beginning Monday, July 21st, participants will be able to enter the park through the parking lot, off of Cardinal St or off of Ham Lane.
All football players will come in athletic shirt, athletic shorts, socks, cleats and HELMET with mouthpiece ONLY. They do not need to bring any other football equipment.
All cheerleaders will come in athletic shirt, athletic shorts, socks and athletic shoes with their hair up. Absolutely NO JEWLERY allowed.
All participants need to bring a big water jug with lots of cold water. It is imperative that every child has their own water jug so that they will stay hydrated during the 2 hours of practice every day.
All football players are required to have 20 hours of conditioning. Any child that misses any of the first 2 weeks of practice are still required to complete the 20 hours of conditioning before they are able to have any kind of type of contact.
All cheerleaders are required to have 10 hours of conditioning. Any child that misses the first 10 hours of practice will be required to complete the 10 hours of conditioning before they are able to do any stunting.
AGAIN, ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST TURN IN A COMPLETED PHYSICAL FORM before they are able to participate in any practices!!!! I have attached the physical form to this email in the case that you may need one. If your child is unable to be seen by their Dr., you can take them to any chiropractor in the area and they should be able to do a physical for your child. If your child has already done a SPORTS PHYSICAL with their Dr. please provide a copy of that physical but the physical must state that they are cleared to participate in any activity with unlimited participation and with no restrictions.
Verifications needed to certify the following:
-New players: copy of birth certificate, grade verification, 2x2 picture and physical.
-Returners: 2x2 picture and physical.
If you have not already given us your child's documents, please start getting them turned in.
Now that our season has started ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS/SIBLINGS are not allowed on the grass. If you choose to stay and watch your child practice you are required to remain outside of the park behind the fence line or inside the park on the concrete or bleachers. You and your children are not allowed to be on any grassy areas.

Mandatory parent meeting during the last 30 minutes of practice on Saturday, July 19th at 11:30am. Please be in attendance.

It is very important that you have their information and that they have yours as you will be informed by them throughout the entirety of the season with important "need to know" information either from your child's coach or from our franchise.
