Community Health Project Kick-off

Join us for The Community Health Project, a three-night series led by Lucas Garrett and hosted at First Baptist. This experience is designed to help us better steward our bodies and minds for God’s glory.

Each evening will include a short teaching, group discussion, and a simple health-related challenge to practice during the week. We’ll explore practical topics like sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, and screen time—all through the lens of spiritual faithfulness, not perfection.

This is a community event, so bring a friend, a neighbor, or anyone who could use a reset in body, mind, and spirit.

Let’s grow stronger together, on purpose and for a purpose.
