Following my 3 week journey I will be making soon- into the Peruvian Amazon jungle - I will be returning with the intention of offering further ceremony insight to my own gatherings .
In Peru , I will be working with local plant medicine women during a powerful healing retreat. It is here I also meet with generational shamans to learn further practices and ceremony 🌀
Mama Cacao called me in 2023 when I begun my Shamanic practitioner study , learning more about the plant medicines used by Shamanic tribes , including Cacao.
I also hold an accredited Cacao ceremony certificate for my further learning 🌱
The location for the ceremony is Breathe At Broome, in Bungay and is a perfect setting with a beautiful lake, ground and folly .I welcome you all back to this amazing space for this very special gathering.

Drumming together to allow the synchronisation of both hemispheres of our brains - allowing us to enter a deep relaxed state.
I will be Chanting and drumming during the ceremony( you may join in if you feel drawn to) 🌱
Poetry and prose 🌱
I will pour each of us a cup of cacao 🌱
As we sip our cacao, you will be immersed in soulful songs to help you enter into your heartspace and to immerse deeply with your spirit 🌱
Mindfulness movement . You may feel drawn to move intuitively, get up and sway, gentle dance.. or simply sit immersed in the wonderful songs✨
Shamanic oracle Cards which will offer us further guidance/ advice/ enlightenment ✨
We will close the circle and have food and refreshments.
WHAT DO I BRING?
Wear loose comfortable clothing.
Please come , au natural , without fragrance ( Deodorant is ok)
You may wish to bring a small item to place on our centrepiece altar . Something that brings you joy or is precious to you or a photo of a loved one ✨

Tell me more about cacao itself 🌱
Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine -used by many Shamanic tribes for many generations- and consuming it in a Ceremonial environment will allow you to open your heart energy , help to connect with the truth of who you are and allow to to be able to hear your own inner voice more clearly.
The ceremony can

As with cacao ceremonies it is a guidance to eat very light no later than 3-4 hrs before attending a ceremony , to allow for a deeper connection to the Cacao .
A Selection of light bites for after the ceremony will be included .
This will include fruit, protein balls, cheese and crackers and homemade cake (I hold a level 2 food safety certificate)
If you have any intolerances allergies , I MUST be notified. Herbal and other drinks will be available 😊 .

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Contraindications to cacao. Be mindful consuming ceremonial quantities of ceremonial cacao if you have heart conditions or are on any SSRI medication or similar medication which changes the brains chemical composition . Please let me Know so I will adjust the amount appropriately 🙂🙏
