Fitness in the Parks: Core & More at Day Road Park

We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Day Road Park on Mondays at 10 a.m. for Core & More during #FitnessintheParks. This progressive exercise program combines relaxation, flexibility and strengthening exercises to build strength and stamina in core areas, keeping you strong for life.

Class takes place near the gazebo. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

• Yoga, Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.
• Yoga, Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

Our 14th season of #FitnessintheParks features free outdoor fitness classes offered by us and our friends at YMCA Buffalo Niagara to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles! Taught by certified YMCA instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
