Get ready for the purr-fect blend of movement, mindfulness, and meows! 🧘‍♀️🐱 The Teal Yogi is teaming up with NAWS of Mokena to bring adoptable cats and kittens to the mat for a joyful, feel-good yoga event that supports a beautiful cause.

Stretch, flow, and cuddle your way through a gentle class while playful kitties roam, snuggle, and maybe even strike a pose of their own. All animals are available for adoption—you just might meet your newest family member. At our last event, sweet Jane found her furever home... let’s keep the love going and help more furry friends find theirs! 💙
