Ambient Sound Healing will be back with their meditative & inspiring sound bath at Freedom Run Winery Saturday, June 21st! Of course it’s followed by a wine tasting!

What is a Soundbath?
A soundbath is a therapeutic experience that uses sound as a tool for meditation and relaxation. During this session, you will be bathed in a symphony of soothing sounds produced by a variety of instruments, such as crystal bowls, tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other harmonic tools
