Sole Sisters Walking Squad – Where the Steps Are Free and the Laughs Are Plenty

Need an excuse to get out, get moving, and maybe laugh until your cheeks hurt? Join the Sole Sisters Walking Squad! We’re a free, come-as-you-are walking club for women who love fresh air, good company, and zero judgment (unless you show up in heels—then we might giggle).

We'll start at Full Body Health and Fitness Center 6:30am SHARP and head out for 2–3 mile adventures to spots like the dyke, Riverview Park, or a simple stroll down Main Street—where the views are great and the conversation’s even better.

Drop in once a week or show up both days — no sweat, no stress, just good times!

No pace too slow, no topic off-limits—just steps, sass, and sisterhood. All welcome — sneakers required, sass encouraged! 👟💃
