o Money if you owe for tags- see spreadsheet attached
o Be ready to sign lots of paperwork!
• This is the LAST POSSIBLE DATE TO VALIDATE—so Do NOT miss it!
o If you cannot make that date, EMAIL Haley Acord ASAP to arrange for another validation date.

o 2026 Texas Spring Major Livestock Show Gilt Exhibitors: Registered and Crossbred gilts showing at the 2026 Texas Spring Major Livestock Shows must be validated. Ownership of gilts must be recorded in the name of a junior exhibitor and/or multiple junior members who are all in the same family ) in the Herd Book of their respected breed association on or before November 30, 2025.
o If you do NOT have papers at validation, that is OKAY, send the papers to

o Gilts showing in the shows listed below can and may be family registered as long as all family members are eligible as junior exhibitors per the junior rules of each show.
 Participating shows: 2026 Grandstand, San Antonio, San Angelo, Texas Elite, Rio Grand Valley, Houston Livestock Show, State Fair of Texas and Heart of Texas.
Friendly Reminder, Major Show Entries for Leon County 4-H were due November 5, 2025…If you missed this deadline you can still turn in ASAP in the major show late box located at my office by November 21, 2025.
