Glow ride

Brightly lit bikes, outfits and glow in the dark accessories encouraged for this fun, illuminated, short ride around the streets of Kinross and Milnathort. This October, communities across the UK will be taking part in mass GLOW rides to promote safer cycling. All are welcome.
