The aim of this night is to offer a safe space to connect with your body and move in a way that feels good 💕
Creativity and flow is the focus ✨
Community and togetherness is the goal ✨

We will gather and share a Cacao before we start our dance journey. Offering an opportunity to set your intentions and leave your day truly behind before stepping into a space just for you.

We will move into a relaxation exercise and offer gentle guidance on getting into your groove 😌✨
Then the floor is yours to explore yourself,the sounds around you and how your body responds ✨

Come let yourself be immersed by sound and allow the journey it takes you on to flow 🎶✨
