Circuits

Come and join us for circuits at Dafen Hall, where we concentrate on strength and mobility.

The class runs for 40mins and is suitable for all levels.

There's something for everyone, so come and join the fun and madness!!

Please let me know if you have any health issues, injuries or take medication before you attend a class.

You will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to the class, this is to ensure you are ok to proceed with the class, if you have any questions beforehand, please contact me first.


Minimum of 3 for class to go ahead.

Spaces are limited to 20.
