July 13th - Setting Boundaries: Do you struggle to prioritize yourself and to say no to family and friends?

Welcome to our Women's Circle Series, AKA Circle of Joy! We will meet every other Sunday from 1-2:15pm to discuss real issues that we are all facing and share thoughts and strategies to lean towards better versions of ourselves. Joy will open with some provocative questions, lead a guided meditation, then open a group discussion.

July 13th - Setting Boundaries: Do you struggle to prioritize yourself and to say no to family and friends?

July 27th - Body Image: Do you look in the mirror and say nothing but mean things to the woman you see there?

August: 10th - Finding our Authentic Voice: Having integrity means that our insides and our outsides match. Does your outside voice match what is on the inside?

August 24th - Social Media Addictions - Do you find yourself endlessly scrolling social media to "connect" but set your phone down feeling more isolated and alone than ever?

Sign up for one or all of these workshops. Learn more about yourself. Get to know some new friends.

Bring a notebook and pen to write. There will be journal prompts during the workshops and take home writing prompts.

These workshops are free with Full Unlimited Memberships. For others, workshop will be charged on a sliding scale between $25-$50.
