Remembering Dad: Moving Grief Through the Body
Facilitated by Music Therapist Heather Dean, MT-BC, and Yoga Instructor Jennifer Norber, E-RYT

Please join us for this integrative workshop incorporating healing heart rhythms of music therapy through percussion, and yoga for somatic integration of grief work, to facilitate finding inner peace. Open to adults and children ages 10 and up.
