Free Yoga in the Park - Castle Gardens Park

Join us outdoors for a joyful evening of yoga in the park!

Taught by certified local instructor Tiffany Damesworth, this all-level class is designed to connect body, breath, and community — no experience needed.

We’ll meet between the baseball diamonds and the playground at Castle Gardens Park, surrounded by fresh air and familiar faces. It’s a beautiful way to move, reset, and enjoy time together right in the neighborhood.

With the goal of fostering community and making yoga accessible, this class is free! Bring a mat, water, and blocks if you have them — a few props will be available to borrow.
