Dear Oktoberfesters,
Thank you for your incredible enthusiasm and support for the upcoming Hudson Valley Oktoberfest! Your excitement has fueled our efforts as we’ve worked hard to bring this event to your community.
While we appreciate the overwhelming interest, it has led to significant public safety and logistical concerns for both the Town of Goshen and our festival team. After discussions with Town Supervisor Joe Betro and input from local police departments, we have collectively decided to postpone the Hudson Valley Oktoberfest until Fall 2025.
This decision ensures that we can address the challenges presented at Craigville Park and move the event to a more accommodating location that can better support our expected crowd and attractions.
Updated Date & Location Details: We are diligently working to finalize a new venue. You will receive multiple notifications via TicketSpice and from the festival producer once the new date and location for 2025 are confirmed.
Here’s what you need to know regarding your tickets:
Postponed, Rescheduled, and Moved Events:
Your tickets (including any add-ons or upgrades, such as parking) remain valid for the new date and location, and no further action is required on your part. All tickets, upgrades, parking, and amusements will be honored.
Ticket Protection:
If you purchased “Ticket Protection” through Ticket Spice and are unable to attend the new date due to "qualifying circumstances" (see terms here: https://www.purchaseprotection.com/terms/), your ticket purchase will be 100% refundable.
If the event is canceled on the new date:
Should the event be canceled, we will reach out to you regarding the status and provide information on refunds, credits, or exchanges. No action is needed on your part for refunds; they will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
Please note that we are not liable for any travel or other expenses incurred related to the canceled, postponed, or moved event.
