History lecture: The Erie Canal at 200
The Erie Canal is celebrating its bicentennial!

Join us and David Brooks of Schoharie Crossing as we learn the story of the Erie Canal. David will tell us about the history of the canal and explain how it has been heralded in pop culture, folklore, and the history books. Discover how it was recognized at 100, and what celebrations the corridor has planned for its 200th!

This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
