Squad Training is for students looking to build confidence in Sparing, Improve their performance at competition or those who just want some extra training.

It is a Sparring session and students have their own Sparring Gear.

6:30pm - Up to 10 Year Olds
7:30pm - 11 Years+ and Development Team members
