Calm Doon! 4 Weeks to a Calmer Dog, weekly class starting Wed 29 October

Is your dog always on the go? Struggle to settle? Get overexcited by the smallest things?

If you’re constantly managing your dog’s energy, trying to keep them calm, or wondering why they just can’t relax - this course is for you.

Calm Doon gives you practical, easy-to-apply ways to help your dog slow down, rest more deeply, and feel calmer in everyday life. No pressure - just real tools to help you create a calmer home, calmer walks, and a calmer dog.

Over four weeks, you’ll learn how to:

- Understand what’s really driving your dog’s 'buzziness'
- Set up your space and routines to support calm behaviour
- Use sensory-based enrichment without overloading
- Recognise the early signs of stress before they spiral

This isn’t a training class with drills and commands. It’s a practical reset for dogs who need help coming down from high energy and guardians who want a quieter, easier life together.

Because calm isn’t something you command. It’s something you create.
