Energy Awareness Workshop- The Secret Language of You & Your Dog

This special workshop is all about exploring the connection between you and your dog. Together, we’ll look at how our energy and emotions can influence our dogs and how they in turn respond to us.

You’ll also learn a little of the science of calm, including how both human and canine nervous systems interact, and learn about the latest 'buzz word' in the dog world - 'The Vagus nerve reset' and how it helps our dogs & us feel safe and settled.

Through gentle, practical exercises, you’ll begin to notice how shifts in your own state can affect your dog, and how to create more balance, trust, and ease together.

There will be a 30 minute lunch break included.
