Workshop: Future business strategic support and dynamics

AMION Consulting and Liverpool John Moores University are carrying out a study on business dynamics in the Liverpool City Region, on behalf of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.

As part of this work, we’re inviting local business leaders to join us for a focused, practical workshop in Liverpool City Centre on:

• Friday 6 March
• 9.30am – 11.30am

What we’ll be discussing

This workshop is a chance to share real experiences and help shape future thinking on:

• What’s holding businesses back from starting up, growing, and innovating and what could help
• Challenges to business survival and how we can strengthen resilience
• Opportunities for businesses in the region and how to make the most of them
• Business support in the area: what works well, what’s missing, and what needs improving
