About the event

The St James gardens, the old cemetery, walk.
St James gardens, the former cemetery, are one of the most fascinating places in Liverpool. This walk takes in the history of the site, the story of the cemetery and the many notable people at rest there. The walk also looks at the site in relation to the wider history of Liverpool. We also look at stories about the site as told by local people - from secret tunnels to crime and more!
The gardens are now visited by a number of ghost tours - is there any evidence behind the many stories of the supernatural and even the occult attached to the old cemetery?
If would like to attend, please message the page!
PLEASE NOTE - we are meeting outside the Oratory on St James Mount ( pictured above ) Please don't bring your best shoes!!!
