A monthly, two-hour slow yoga class for women navigating the changes and transitions of menopause. All stages are welcome.
I invite you to share your stories and explore a reframing of the menopause journey: transforming it into a celebration of wisdom, change, and new beginnings.
Through gentle yoga, mindful pranayama, and deep relaxation, this class offers a space to slow down, restore energy, and reconnect with your body.
After the yoga practice, which will be about 75 minutes, we gather in a women’s circle: a safe, supportive space to share, reflect, and connect with others who understand the challenges and joys of this stage of life.
Each session is an invitation to release overwhelm, honour your rhythms, and cultivate calm, clarity, and inner balance.
This is a small, intimate group so places are limited to 12.
Usually the last Sunday of every month.
