Mysore Intensive

Mysore style class is a traditional ashtanga yoga self practice with teacher adjustments and assistance. This class will be great for anyone wanting develop their ashtanga practice. Your practice length and what you practice will vary depending on your individual needs. I also may work with you on some extracurricular stretches outside of the ashtanga format depending on your needs. This will be very personalised to you and I will be on hand to answer any questions you have. You can attend for full two hours or less if you have other commitments/ want a shorter practice.
