Kempo Workshop Saturday 22.11.2025
Hamilton 5nd Dan and Lewis, Brown belt, will be leading the workshop.
This 4-hour workshop is an opportunity for new people to experience Nippon Kempo from basics to competition.
Current members will benefit by building their hours to qualify for their belt grades. New attenders will get to feel each stage of the training. No previous experience needed.
Existing members pay £20 by online banking
Cost for first timers £30 Ins and annual membership £20 = £50.
Dress code for first timers: Plain white Gi, if you have one or other sports weare. No badges. Wear a white belt. Bring 10oz boxing gloves, groin protector and 2 small towels for use in the head protector.
